In the Full Body Workout Program the exercises like plank hold, single leg calve raises, etc. each set should be done for each side? For example on level 9 it says 2-4 sets + max. If i decide to do 4 sets, so it's 2 set's every side, or 4 sets every side?
4 sets each side, at least that's how I've been doing it. Wait for Chris's answer though!
