Okay so im a little confused, if you can not complete a new level, do you continue to do that level until you master it? Say I just finished Level 8 but can't complete Level 9 yet, do i finish strong then my next workout day do Level 9 again?
No, if you can't move on from a certain level then alternate between two or three levels until you feel like you can move on. Example: Monday-level 7, Wednesday-level 8, Friday-level 9.
