Hello, I'm confused with something in the guide.
When I do : 4x3 + max push ups and next exercise is "7 sec up 7 sec down" how long break should I take after I make max of push ups and go to 7 sec up 7 sec down?
I know that rest time between push ups is on 80 seconds but nobody mentioned here how long break we should take between different exercises.
Please help me guys ! :)
