I want to know if feeling no muscle soreness the next day means im not doing the exercises properly or if no progress is being made.... I did feel muscle soreness the next days after i completed levels 1-4, but only in my legs. i am asking this because yesterday i did level 5 max sets and reps, and i have no muscle soreness in any part of my body..

Hey bro okay I think I can help u out . Try having a high intensity workout . Meaning u have lil rest .
