Hello everyone, i am a new member to this community! I'm kind of a beginner at calisthenics although i bought a full body workout program just today and could do level 4 pretty easy, since i had a broken back i really want to make my back stronger thats one of the reasons i start doing bars. I have a couple of questions im not sure about:
Can i do for example in the morning some exercises for a handstand and then in the evening like full body routine.?
Should i use proteins?
Should i use glutamine?
