Ive been Failing level 13 for 2 weeks now. I cant seem to get enough strength to do a muscle up.. I can easily do a "Chicken Leg Muscle Up"(Right arm goes over bar first or left first) But i cant seem to do a proper one.. Any advice on how I can improve?
Tiger bends really helped me for the strength, and many others I know. It takes time to gain strength also, so remember to just keep going.
Another good thing is to practise with resistance band. Thats also one of the best ways to learn it.

How many tigerbends will you say is appropriate to have strength for a muscle up?
the best rep range for strength is everything from 3-6 reps (not that you don't also get stronger of doing 8-12 for instance) it's just what's said to be most efficient. This means you need to place your hands so that the tiger bend becomes really heavy for you. No matter how strong you are, you can also make tiger bends harder by placing your hands closer to towards your center.
