I am 13 years old and I'm pretty bony at my joints and I purchased the workout program to help me achieve the physic I have always wanted. However I lack motivation. What I mean by that is that my workouts aren't 100%
I have made many excuses on why they weren't 100% but I found even when I solved them things still are what they were. I heard that you can take coffee and other supplements to help with lack of motivation but I know if I take them at this early age I won't be doing my body a favor. I want to change and have tried motivation tricks and listened to motivation speeches but maybe just words alone can't help me.

Getting a workout partner certainly will help if you have the circumstances where maybe a friend of yours also wants to change, or your cousin, or even neighbor. That wasn't the case for me, most of the time I workout alone (my cousin works out but he doesn't live in the same city so we don't have a team that we workout everyday), which I am fine with it, most of my friends are more of party-types, and I'm definitely more a sports-guy and sometimes I think I'm missing on something when I don't party, but I get back to my BarBrothers-mindset and say: "They are missing on workouts so, just go and workout", and it's just me and my mind talking and that's how I get my motivation. Songs help me out a lot, especially that I found out "Future - Last Breath", as well as watching other Bar Brothers videos (mostly, or maybe some movie-mixes like Never Back Down motivational videos), but as you said 'Maybe words alone can't help you', Justin's advice should definitely help if you can find one.
