I am 13 years old and I'm pretty bony at my joints and I purchased the workout program to help me achieve the physic I have always wanted. However I lack motivation. What I mean by that is that my workouts aren't 100%
I have made many excuses on why they weren't 100% but I found even when I solved them things still are what they were. I heard that you can take coffee and other supplements to help with lack of motivation but I know if I take them at this early age I won't be doing my body a favor. I want to change and have tried motivation tricks and listened to motivation speeches but maybe just words alone can't help me.
