Hey Chris I have a problem. I've been working out for a long time already but I don't really see for some time a progress in my muscles size. I eat and rest properly, I do full body workouts every second day though I don't have your workout program. So my question is: what should I change in my workout to make my muscles grow?
You should get the nutrition program that is coming next week. This will explain it all. It's 80% likely your diet, and not workout that fails, even though you think you might eat enough. Like I said, it will all be explained next week!
