I havent worked out in a while and im planning on getting back into it, but all of a sudden tiger bend pushups really hurt my elbows a lot when i do them, any way to fix that?
Get used to it, do proper form. It'll hurt in the beginning since you haven't worked out but I'll go away sooner or later. Do proper form as well!
