hey, idk a lot about this but i think that there arent too many excersises for the upper chest on the program (mostly lower chest) , so is upper chest not so important or necessary for strength gains like the lower chest? or should i do some upper chest moves? i was thinking about replacing normal push ups with elevated push ups, what do you think? should i change it or stick with the program?
Stick with it. This program has been designed for the muscles in your whole body to be developed how the are supposed to be. Stick with the program, get results!!!
stick with it, but you can also make adjustments still, if you personally want to focus more on upperchest you can do decline push ups where you would normally not have. Thats your choice, it's almost the same anyways :)
