I need some help, im going on vacations and i still want to folow my workout program, i hope there will be atleast a bar somewhere near otherwise i will be with no equipment at all. I will work out on level 4,5,6. What exercises should i do to replace pullups, dips, negative musle ups...
Rings are a great thing to have for this! I am already planning on making a video this summer about what to bring with you on your vacation to get the workout done :)
