After leaving the comment regarding lack of motivation I have prepared myself mentally and am going to start the first day of the program today. However I just need to clarify some thing for exercises. For example do we have to do the burnout routines after every workout? And also do we have any time after completing every exercise group to go to the burnout routine or we just go straight into the burnout routine? Finally this might be a dumb question but in the level one for pull workouts the time they give you seems like a lot so do we have to do a set and rep and then rest or do a number of sets and reps continuously. In other words we do 3 sets of 5 reps of pull ups then we do it again immediately after we finished the first set or do we have a break of a certain time?
