Hey Chris it has been on my mind for a time already. Is the specific rest time between exercises like for example 30 sec rest between sets important for anything? I'm not using your workout program and when I do my workout i listen to my body and do the next set when I feel I'm ready for it. Is it wrong? Is having a specific rest time important for gaining strength or something?
I know you ask chris.Rest time between sets 1 min and a half it will be good dont rest too much!
Well I also appreciate answers from test of you guys. I mean that for few exercises I do like 15 sec break and for others almost a minute. Never exactly the same amount of time
