Hey Chris and forums, I recently saw Chris's video on Youtube about how he transformed his body (which was amazing), so that video inspired me to start transforming my own body! I wouldn't say i'm super skinny but I' no muscular either (17 years old, 5"11 and 139 lbs), I have always wanted to workout at the local gym but never had the determination to follow through. Now last week was when I decided to workout, I purchased your full body workout and have learned so much like how to properly use the right form for various exercises. I've been at the gym every other day now working hard trying to whip this body into shape, knowing that I'm a bit slimmer, I have been eating tons of healthy food as well, food that you recommended in your nutrition videos! Thanks for the inspiration and drive to pursue this Chris, I hope to become a member of Calisthenics Unity one day!

Hey where are the levels everyone is talking about?
It's a PDF file you need to download. You can find it at the Full Body Workout Program, where you can see all the videos, either scroll all the way down or all the way up you'll see something saying "Full body workout final.pdf"
