I'm a mesomorph, I'm tall 1,78 and I weigh 71kg. I eat healthy and a lot. I'm not fat but I haven't shredded abs like you chris... If I want to get visible abs I have to eat less and I can't gain muscles... This is the problem.... Calculate everything I eat is crazy... But I can change little things every day. Some people say that do lean bulk and have shredded abs at the same time is impossible... What do you think about it?

Eat what you are supposed to to gain muscle, on your rest days do short sessions of intense cardio, or do cardio(the fat-burning routines will help! Trust me!) . Try adding fat-burning foods in your diet. And of course, don't eat sugar without it being natural. I think Chris would agree with me, I'm probably missing some important details though hahaha
Daniel I'm eating and drinking water a lot and consequently I don't have shredded abs... Probably I have to wait 2 years to stabilize my body

Mmmmmmmmm🤔. That might not be enough dude. You need to have a low body fat percentage to be able to have shredded abs. Cardio goes hand in hand with nutrition.
