I am an ectomorph trying to put on weight. I'm confused on how many calories to consume. I put in my weight (73), height (180) , age (21) but need to eat a surplus to gain weight. I workout 6 times a week so 1.725 x my BMR
That gives you your DIM (Daily intake for Maintenance) which is how much energy you use every day. Now you want to eat more than that, which gives you the daily intake, just like shown in the video and the calculator! :)
