i feel that i dont need a rest day between every workout days like in the program ( workout day-rest day-workoutday-rest day- and so on) It is ok if a make like only 2 break days in a week? in the summer in can split the 4 parts : 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon and i think that 2-3 workout days than one break 2-3 again one break and so on. It would be ok for the muscles? Im not new in this kind of trainings and i have nearly perfect diet. But im not sure what is the answer of my question OR should i do one workout day and in the *rest day* i can make some HIIT and playing some bascketball ? i mean cardio. Which patern should i take?

As long you don't train the same muscle groups more days in a row it's fine. You can do cardio on the rest days. Then you just need to take in even more energy throughout the days :)

My point was that i want to do full body workout like 2 days-one rest day with cardio(1.5km sprints on clock and bascketball) -2days workout- cardio again- and then a full rest day.
Can this patern work ?
