Hi guys
I've been through the workout plan explanation video & the full body workout program document but I'm a little confused as to what failing a level actually means, i found a few forum posts asking what to do when failing a level (go back a few levels):

but nothing saying what constitutes failing a level, i understand that it means you cant do the min sets/reps but what happens if you can do the required sets/reps for all the exercises of a level except for maybe 1 exercise? does that mean you fail a level or is a failure only when you cant complete all the min required sets/reps of a level?
