Thanks for the nutrition guide. It is great! So what i mean with my question can i do for example one day full workout like pullups, muscle ups, dips, legs... And the next day front lever and sometimes planche practise. Because i want the front lever really bad, but i just can hold for 1 second lol. So do you recommend it?
Hahahaha that's fine man. Look, personally, what you can do is Push and Pull on Monday, Legs and Core on Tuesday, Push and Pull Wednesday, Legs and Core Thursday, Push and Pull Friday, and Legs and Core on Saturday. And rest Sunday. What do you think?
No i mean one day full body workout and the next day front lever, but front lever practise just for 5 mins or so. That my muscles get not exhausted.
Practice it on your fullbody training day so you rest on your rest day and grow stronger!
