Hi all,
ive just completed the level 1 workout, I am skinny fat so my body weight outweighs the amount my muscles can lift, this meant that pull up negatives were even difficult for me. Actually even Australians were a challenge, I could do them but not with amazing form to be honest. Other than that Im fine with push exercises and legs and core.
My question is how long did it take your body to gain the strength necessary to complete with decent form?
