At the moment i do level 11 from your workout program.
I can do the most excercises exept the handstand wall walk (i can do 2 sets on 4 reps) :(
Normaly when i do an exercise on the next workout day its a bit easier to do the exercise but with the handstand wall walk it isnt so :(
Any suggestions? ( But i eat healthy, sleep everyday more than 8 hours and drink enough)
