At the moment i do level 11 from your workout program.
I can do the most exercises except the handstand wall walk ( 2 sets on 4 reps) :(
Normaly when i do an exercise on the next workout day its easier to do the exercise, but with the handstand wall walk it isnt so :(
Any suggestions? ( i eat healthy, drink enough and sleep more than 8 hours a day)
Just keep going. Focus on the technique and keep trying! You'll get there!
