I want to get stronger and shredded without getting "a lot" of muscle mass, i mean getting the minimum muscle mass for power development
I thought about doing 2 days of full body workout and one rest day, but i will start again doing pro karate, and i thought that if i make one day of full body workout, one with karate training and HIIT ( for burning), then full body workout and then a rest day should be better
What u think guys ? (im makeing chris's program)
