Cereal isn't that healthy for you, but I like my cereal. Doesn't anyone know what I could substitute it for.
Cereals are good dude, but eat cereals with low sugar and without chocolate
Perhaps Muesli (has less sugar), or oatmeal if you really want to substitute it. I eat Muesli, they aren't that expensive and they are pretty healthy I'd say, so if you can find them in markets, try them out :)
