Tomorrow for the first time i have pistol squats in my workout, but i can't do one.
I can do negative pistol squats without assistance, but if i try to do pistol squat, i go down, but i only get up like half the way and then i can't anymore, what should i do? I can do pull push core and other legs excerices, only problem is pistol squats. So can i consider this failed workout? Will i have to go like 2 levels back and do pull push and core along with legs? Answer please.

I just tried and i can like do pistol squats with 2 finger assistance, like you put fingertips lightly on window this thing, you know :D I'm sorry i don't know how it's called cause english is not my native language. Can i continue like this? Like 2 fingertips assistance and i can do pistol squats
