Hey guys, I have been training shoulders with every full body training routine but i really want to know if training shoulders once in 2 full body workouts is great or training shoulders with every full body training day is better. Chris what have you been doining and what do you recommend???
I don't know if you mean you add extra shoulder exercises on top of the Level, because frankly the Push exercises work Triceps, Shoulder, Chest as the main muscle (Although Pull also works shoulder). I wouldn't say it's bad nor good, if you feel like you need to burnout the shoulder more, sure every once in a while... And I'm not Chris so wait for his answer XD

What i meant is- Chris, I know you train full body every alternate day but do you include training shoulders split too with every workout?. For example, Full body- Back,Chest,Core,Legs,Shoulders. Do you train all these in the split in every workout?
