Chris (and other people in the forums)yesterday on my rest day i jump on the bar and did some pull ups for fun and suddenly i felt pain in my middle upper back nothing intense.Today i was felling a little bit of pain but it was good.But then when i did windshield whipers my back cracked and i feel a lot of pain.Should i take a week off i didnt deload for 4.5 months but i progress really good so i wasnt going to deload now.I think its because i didnt retract my scapula every time i did pull ups.what do you suggest?
Take a break until it's gone and never ever do something like that on your rest days again especially if you haven't warmed up really well! It can be really dangerous

I tooked a week off and is almost gone.The physiotherapist said that the pain it comes mostly from the spine.Now i will retract my scapula when i do pull ups i think thats the problem! Thanks!
