Hi guys so I was just wondering if there's a recommended amount of levels to redo if you fail a workout? I saw in Chris's 16 week example that the amount of levels to redo after a fail was different.

I'd go back atleast 3 levels, but i think it depends on how far you are, for example if you fail on level 27 you go back 5 levels but if you fail on level 7 you go back 2 levels depending on your strength
