Do you have to start with a push/pull exercises and end with leg/core exercises or can you mix the bodyparts per workout? For example start with core and legs then do push and pull? Otherwise you always hit the push/pull muscles fresh and leg/core muscles later in the workout after you're more tired, and therefore you can't hit them so hard. What is the philosophy behind structuring the order of the body parts per workout? Thanks for the help, keep it up! :)
You can mix them as you want, for me it's easier to start with core and legs and then do push and pull and i think this is the best way ( at least for me) becouse it give me the best warm-up and then i can use my "hands" at their best

I think that it's important to follow the program order; for exemple in level 6 anc 10 the pull exercises are the same, but in level 10 it's harder because you have to do more push exercises before
