Hey Chris could you make the videos for the chin-up Muscle up and the back clap pull-up in the workout program?

yeah that would be good as well as really hard power moves like victorian cross on the floor and maybe more muscle up variations

Sorry I don't know where they have gone. I remember recording them but I can't find them on my computer either.. I'll need to make and upload them later. Sorry for the trouble!
