So my dad has pretty skinny calves and i think that was passed on to me, my calves doesn't seem to grow, i can do all wide calve raises and single leg calve raises on level 13, max reps and sets, but still my calves and all my lower legs look so skinny.
Is there something i can do about it?

Make sure that the exercises you do are heavy if you seek growth + eat right for a long time of consistency.
