Hey Chris. I know your workout routine says every other day i should workout so I of course can live my life freely and what not. But i was wondering if it has any draw backs to doing the levels day after day with no rest days. would that hurt the muscle gaining process or create a bigger chance for injuries? i'm mainly worried about any muscle creation draw backs of course
If you're doing full body workout you need a rest day after your workout, it hurts both things, especially the muscle gaining, because the muscles grow at rest, not when you workout, when you workout you 'break' them in order for them to grow bigger & stronger at rest (with proper nutrition needs of course). For the injury, I'm not sure, but I think it does create a bigger chance for injuries, firstly because we need to push ourselves to our limit, and if your muscles are sore (you won't be able to do as many reps), you will push and push and you might tear something up or get frustrated that you are doing less reps than you were. So if you decide to workout everyday, do splits or do a full body workout 1 day, and then on your rest day cardio. Never do full body workouts everyday.
Perfect answer :)
