Hey everyone, A common question i keep asking myself is how should i Balance Push and pull movements. What do you guys prefer?, Any Advice? Chris?
Do you mean how much you should work on your push movements compared to pull? Have you got the workout program?
Simple answer would be that its different from person to person depending on your personal strengths and weaknesses.
Yes thats what i meant since our push is naturally stronger than pull,few guys usually have more developed triceps compared to biceps.
