I some days i will do level 14 and there is an exercise calles L-sit hold on o-bar. And i dont find a video for this exercise i dont know whats this for an exercise.

Ou sorry, i mean on p-bar its an core exercise.
It's an L-sit on a dip bar (p-bar aka parallel bars, the bars you do dips on).
