Hey everyone!
I can do wide muscle up with no problem, but with close muscle up i cant do it smoothly like the wide also when i could like 4-5 close the looked not smooth ( the dip part when you got on top of the bar.) Do you have any suggestion or excercise that can help for this problem. Thanks for every helpful answer.
Have you tried close grip straight bar dips going as low as you can? Helped me a lot.
