Hi everyone, so iv'e just finished my first level today.. But i need to understand some things.
iv'e done exercices this way:
one set -> the reps -> and then rest time
Is this the correct way of doing it?
Also i want to mix this program with my boxing lessons thar occur twice a week.. is this a problem?
Thank you lads
Good training for everyone
Welcome to the crew haha!
Of course, you do the set (with given reps) and then the rest time, then next set, till you hit the minimum amounts of sets (at least the minimum, push yourself for more though), then you go to the next exercise.
Yes, it is fine but if you want to gain muscle you'd probably have to eat more calories on the days you do boxing since you will burn calories at boxing, but you will figure that out, for now stick to the schedule.
Remember: Warm up before workout/training (5-10 minutes) -> Training (depends on level, mostly 1 and a half hours to 2 hours) -> Stretching after workout to minimize injuries and increase flexibility. You really don't want to get injured, a lot of people in the beginning get injured so I just wanted to point that out!
Good luck on your journey! :)
Thanks Gligor!

Hello paranhos,
i did boxing and kickboxing aswell and i can tell you, that it is hard to mix both. I don't really know your current fitness level but if you are not intermediate or at an advanced level i can tell you that it is going to be very hard.
I don't know about your boxing training so i guess it is like mine.
A lot of Cardio, technic and strength.
We did a lot of Push Ups and Leg exercises in my boxing lesson, ah i have to come to my point.
The Motivation and time to recover:
I was really motivated in the beginning. Yeah 2 times the week kickboxing and 3 days extra Calisthenic. "Give me 3 month I am a new Legend". No way brother. 3 week, maybe 4, than "My journey" was over.. It is hard to do well in your Box workout when you suffer from Calisthenic Workout. There were days I coulnd't workout really well because i had a lot of soreness from the kickboxing lessons. I had very short workouts, skipped the last exercises, bad form etc. On other days I had both, first Calisthenic Workout and after that directly kickboxing. Same result, i wasn't fresh enough. I lost my motivation. 1 Week break, than two. bam a month withouth any kind of workout.
But hell no, i don't want to fear you, maybe you can do both, maybe not.
You have to find your right way, but don't underestimate it. You still need enough time for recovering.
Maybe you can work like this:
2 Days Boxing, 2 Days Calisthenic, 3 Days Rest.
If it works good maybe an extra Calisthenic Day, but it is hard.
If it does not work, skip one boxing day. Or one Cali? I don't know your main goal, find it!
And if you have the feeling that your body needs a rest, give your body time to recover.
I hope i can help with my answer. Keep motivated. I am looking forward to hear from you? Please write a feedback about your training weeks!
And when it is to hard in the moment, no shame. It all comes step by step.

Hey guys.. Thank you all for the answers, my main objective is to grow muscle and lose body and belly fat.
I'm sure i will find the balance and listen to my body..
I think my body is an endomorph in a continuos transformation to mesophorm.
I've currently cut in the carbs and sugars to loose fat, but i dont wont to wast the growing muscle..
Any more advise?
Good journey for everyone!
Salute
Ah, i forgot it.. Define my abs is my ultimate objective, i want that so bad!
if you are looking to get ripped or reduce your body fat, reducing your intake of refined carbohydrates is the best thing you can do. Refined carbohydrates are very energy dense, and eating a lot of them will contribute considerably to your level of body fat.
If you want to loose some fat and want to define your abs, reducing your intake of refined carbohydrates is surely the best choice. refindend carbohydrates are very energy dense, and if you eat them a lot it will contribute considerably to your level of body fat.however do not forget that carbs a very important. Eat complex carbs like in starchy vegetables or whole grain products.
and focus one one goal. growing muscle and losing fat at the same time is difficult. there are two different types of hormones which are active in the processes for building muscle mass or reducing fat. so they work against each other.
if you want directly a shredded body and are happy with your volume of muscles than just go:-D
if not, bulk. and than you can reduce the calorien intake when you are satisfied with your muscles and want to define them.

I am not understand how you determine what Level 1 is or what exercises to do for Level 1 versus Level 2, etc.?
where can i find the levels? and the file of the calculator??
