When I was more overweight I injured my forearm muscles hence I have tennis elbow. Also when I do typewriter pull ups and muscle ups sometimes my shoulder hurts. It may be stupid to ask, but does more weight (typically as fat, not muscle xD) equal more stress on the joints hence increased chance of injury? I'm still in the overweight class (got a few kilos to lose), so I want to know if I should work more on flexibility on my upper body and stop hard exercises (even though I can do them), or do them with a resistance band. Of course it might be cuz of improper form, but I'm 95% sure I'm doing proper form.
