Chris i was really 2 days ago i had fiver....and i slept for about 15-16 hours and when i woke up at the afternoon i saw that i lost muscles why i lost them that easy and how fast i will regain them?

Its normal when you sleep to much and dont move you will lose muscles fast, also a bad immune system at that time is the reason. Im pretty sure you will get them back with 1 training or 2 and some good meals! Thats all i can say :P

I've actually gotten sick for a week or so while doing this program. As long as you eat the same amount of food you would eat while working out, I don't think there will be much of a problem. Also, try to do a few push-ups and pull-ups, even if they are just 20 and 10. This will help your muscles feel like they are still working out and you won't lose as much muscle mass. As Frenk said, your muscles will came back, personally, you'll be back to normal within a week. Keep it up, and get better!!!!
i have started again to workout i have only rest for a day cause i couldnt workout.and i decided to eat even more calories than before 3000 for the first days
