Hi, i am a 16 year old male. About 170 cm tall and weigh about 135. I was doing your program every other day and had gotten to level nine and was really seeing results and I was really happy with them! But when school started and I joined the swim team and I found no time to do the workouts or was too tired afterwards to do them I am starting to see the loss of the gains. Instead of doing 8 pull ups in a row i can only do 6 etc. Is there any ideas on how i can do this without having to lose my body mass that i gained. Please any suggestions will do! My abs are slowly vanishing and its frustrating to see them go again...
First as you said, you was too tired afterwards, so maybe you tried doing pull ups while not getting enough nutritional goods, rest/sleep, etc.. To maintain, you need to eat at maintain calories (idk your number of calories), but my guess is with swimming and everything you're burning a lot of calories so that you're probably (not sure) eating in a calorie deficit..

If you loose mass you're in calorie deficit.
