Hello everyone, so just as the title says, im stuck at lvl 15... i can do and complete every excersise, except the muscle ups part... i can do all of them at lvl 13, tiger push ups are easy for me... but idk why i progress in every excersise except for muscle ups, any suggestions? i wat doing lvl 13, then 14 and then 15 for the past 3 weeks, so now i will try only doing 14 and 15...
Try doing decline tiger push ups with your feet on a chair or table, as well as band assisted muscle ups.
When doing muscle ups, use a lot of momentum, swing yourself hard over the bar, then reduce the amount of momentum you use when you get stronger
Maybe its the tecnique, try doing negativemuacleups and master the tecnique. Goodluck and dont give up! You'll get there like Chris says
If you just stay at level 12/13-15 and keep trying you will eventually get stronger and then on a day you feel really energetic, you KILL it !
