Im on phone so ill make this quick. Im on lvl 25 and still i do muscleup like onehand goes first, not 2 hands the same time, how to fix this. I do chinup muscleup with one hand first too, i dont use momentoum( or how itss called) so far ive only failed workouts once, pleaae help. Thanks and have a great day!😉
You need more strength probably. I made a video about the key exercise for the muscle up. You should be training that :)
