Guys, I need help. I have been stuck at level 11 and 12 for hell a lot of time because I can't do the muscle up for level 13 and move onwards... and I know that the tiger bend push ups really help but I do not know how to combine them with Chris's workout ... today I am doing level 12 and the next time I will probably go back to level 10... I would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!
His workouts already include tigerbend push ups, but I would add 3 extra sets of tigerbend push ups (make them har enough so you fail at 8-10 reps, elevate feet if you have to) to the beginning of a push workout that DOESNT already include the tigerbend push up.

Do you think I should do weighted pull ups or weighted tiger bend push ups or it is fine with just bodyweight ?
Regular should be fine, you can do weighted tiger bend push ups if you want
