So everybody is putting some white stuff on their palms on competitions and like so you dont rip your hands. Whats it called? Thanks 😊

Hey it is called chalk. Like you said you get better grip with it. You can buy it in solid or liquid condition.
I use liquid chalk, you can buy cheap one on the internet, and it is good. but take care of your hands for example with a hand lotion because the chalk can dry out your hands

It's not for not ripping your hands. It's to get a better grip like Josef said, but it rips up your hands even more because of the friction.
