Hey guys, I decide than my ideal weight will be 78kg with low body fat. Now I'm tall 178cm amd I weigh 75 but I'm not with a low body fat, so I was thinking that I can reach 80/82 kg and then define myself. Is it a correct way? And I have another question: when I reach my ideal shape, what can training give me, if I don't want to put weight?
