when im doing the wide pull ups or the negatives im having pain in the shoulders when im getting of the bar. this thing doesnt happen in the chin ups or the regular pull ups. what im doing worng???(sorry for english)
warm up on your shoulders more its very important
Could sound like warm up issue perhaps.

But I recommend first of all spending time just hanging from the bar totally relaxed. Start off with 10 secs per set and work towards 60 sec per set maybe 6 times per day. Unpacked relaxed shoulders. This fixed my injury and strengthens your joint and sinews and supportive muscles.
