Hey Chris, how is this upcoming expanded full body workout program gonna be ? Is it going to include another 100+ exercises ?
For all we know is Chris will expand the full body workout that has 30 levels, so it will continue from lvl 31 to 40 (idk exactly if 40), which includes harder exercises (if I had to guess X muscle ups, front lever-to-muscle ups, or some exercises from the video on youtube called "4 Heavy Routines" or so), and also weighed calisthenics like weighed pull ups, muscle ups, dips and so on.
That would be nice ! But i guess you have to be very advanced to perform those movements . For a beginner like me ( i'm on lvl 5 ) that's motivation, to know that there are no limits.....Anyway thanks for the reply!
