2 days ago I completed level 4 all max. and when I did the same level today I wasnt able to complete it. how I lost my stregnth in 2 days? if anyone have any idea way this could happen please share. (sorry for my bad english)
I'm eating all the nutrition I need according to the "calculator" and I sleep good, my motivaition is great im excited to workout everytime, the only thing I could be doing wrong is that I dont eat fruits and vegetables. is that a problem? and thank you for helping me with my questions.
Well when you try the level again I'm sure you'll complete it, try to go a few levels back if you fail a level though, it's better. I mean it could be various things like the fruits and vegetables or not enough energy like I said, I really can't see how you can lose that much strength in a day or two, if I had to guess your muscles might not have been fully recovered but it's fine.
