I wanted to ask how you guys keep yourself motivated on bad weather days. Whenever it isn't sunny I feel like crap like today even though I still worked out, I definitely didn't feel the best. Might be cause I slept only 4 hours which is extra bad and I also got sick. One quote that will keep me going is "Summer bodies are made in the winter" but other than that I don't really have anything xD
