I started Calisthenics on January 6th and now im on level 15.
1. I got some gains but in my opinion it is to less for the hard work i do/did. So i decided to buy the nutrition guide and take a closer look on the nutrition. The calculator sais that im need ~3100 calories each day.
2. How many gramms/kilogramms can i put on in 1 month?
3. Normaly when you an exercise on monday, on the next workout day (wednesday) it should be easier as before. But for me it isnt so :0
Suggestions? ( i sleep enough)
4. Sometimes for me it isnt easy to do the workout -》 Workout Motivation is not that here.
How can i motivate myself?
5. When my pump is on (right after workout) im a bit happy with my gains but in the morning when i stood up i look not that muscular:(
